Exp – 1- 2 year 

Location – Satara Road- Khed shivapur 

Salary – upto 20 k 

Industry – Manufacturing 

Education – Diploma Mechanical 

Monitor all incoming, process & final inspection activities.

Verification of Raw material and inspection of bought out components

Monitor & assist on ongoing Quality Performance of approved suppliers

Review of Rejection/Rework data, finalize the disposition

Manufacturing Process Designing and development including Process Flow Diagram, FMEAs, Control Plans and Process Standards, and Inspection Standards

Production part approval process- Suppliers and customer Quality Control Engineer

Training to quality as well as production people to improve the quality & reduce the rejection

Root cause analysis and corrective & preventive action

Customer’s complaint handling and customer returned analysis

Implementation of SPC techniques ( Process capability / MSA )

Monthly monitoring and analysis of COPQ

Manufacturing process audit

Monitoring of special characteristics.

Setting of quality objectives, updated with customer score cards

To stop the shipment if any non-conformity.
