Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process, addressing problems related to equipment, processes, or personnel. Production Engineer – Diploma mech

Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules and capacity planning to meet production targets and deadlines.

Cost Management: Monitor production costs and work on cost reduction strategies, such as optimizing processes, minimizing waste, and improving resource utilization.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. Identify potential safety hazards and take steps to mitigate them.

New Product Introduction: Collaborate with research and development teams to facilitate the transition of new products from design to manufacturing. This may involve developing manufacturing processes, selecting appropriate equipment, and creating production documentation.

Documentation: Maintain records and documentation related to manufacturing processes, quality control, and production performance.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve manufacturing processes

Supplier and Vendor Relations: Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of raw materials and components, negotiate contracts, and address any supply chain issues that may affect production.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production operators, quality assurance, maintenance, and other departments to achieve production goals.
