We specialize in process equipment design, fabrication, and turnkey solutions including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid-mounted units, and piping systems.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Engineer who can drive growth, build relationships, and deliver customized technical solutions to our clients.
π Key Responsibilities
πΉ Sales & Business Development
-
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and EPC markets.

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and engineering consultants.

Understand client requirements and propose technical + commercial solutions that create value.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.

Manage contract discussions, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable sales closures.
πΉ Technical Support & Solutions

Work with engineering and production teams to deliver customized client solutions.
-
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
-
Analyze RFQs, specifications, and tenders to prepare detailed proposals and quotations.

Ensure proposals comply with industry codes (ASME, API, TEMA, ANSI) and client standards.
πΉ Market Research & Strategy

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, branding, and lead generation.
πΉ Project & Account Management
-
Manage the entire sales cycle β from lead generation to order execution.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate sales performance reports for management.
π§ Key Requirements
π Education & Experience- HiringΒ
-
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
-
2β8 years of sales experience in process equipment, heat exchangers, skids, or pressure vessels.
-
Prior exposure to EPC contractors, Oil & Gas clients, and industrial projects preferred.
βοΈ Technical & Sales Skills
-
Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, skid-mounted systems, and piping design.
-
Ability to interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and process flow diagrams.

Familiar with ASME, API, TEMA, and ANSI standards.
-
Skilled in proposal preparation, quotation drafting, and bid management.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
π§ Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, presentations, and site meetings.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and exposure to AutoCAD, HTRI, Aspen HYSYS (preferred).
