About the Role- Quality Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in manufacturing, hands-on experience with quality instruments, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and testing of incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Handle and operate quality measurement instruments effectively
- Maintain inspection reports and documentation
- Identify defects and support root cause analysis
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve quality
- Ensure adherence to company quality policies and procedures
- Update and manage data in ERP systems

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Hands-on experience with quality instruments (e.g., Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
