Quality Engineer

Experience – 0 to 1 year

Location – Khed- Shivapur ( Manufacturing)

Qualification – BE/Diploma mechanical/BSC/ ITI

• Conduct call monitoring, data audits, calibrations, and quality analysis to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Utilize quality tools such as Pareto analysis, QC tools, feedback mechanisms for process improvement.
• Perform quality audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures.
• Should be comfortable to work from office.
• Call audit by evaluating customer queries & its resolution to identify process gaps.
• Have knowledge of handling customer with min 1-2 years in QA role
