Experience Required- 1 to 2 Years

Qualification-B.E. Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Salary₹22,000 – ₹25,000 Gross per Month
(Depends on Interview Performance and Technical Skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Engineer – QA with experience in inward quality inspection of machined components. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, measuring instruments, gauges, and inspection reporting. The role involves ensuring that incoming components meet quality standards and specifications before being released for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inward quality inspection of machined components.
• Verify dimensions and specifications as per engineering drawings.
• Use gauges, Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Interpret and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Review and follow Control Plans and inspection procedures.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspected components.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of machined component inspection.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and gauges.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T concepts.
• Experience in preparing inspection reports.
• Understanding of Control Plans and quality documentation.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.

Preferred Candidate Profile-

Mechanical Quality Engineer job in pune 

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Inward Inspection.
• Strong analytical and inspection skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
