Engineer – Purchase

Education:- Diploma/BE – Production & Mechanical
4 to 6-year experience
Industrial background: – Manufacturing
Location- Khed Shivapur
knowledge of lathe, Milling, CNC, VMC, Laser cutting operation
Manufacturing part costing
Supplier strong follow up
Strong communication skill
Software:- ERP system, Excel, Autocade
Weekly off :- 01st & 3rd Saturday; Every Sunday
- Approving Suppliers & sub-contractors
- 2. Rating of Suppliers based on delivery feedback & quality.
- 3. Raising Purchase Orders
- Send enquiries as per TDS
- Obtain quotations from vendors
- Prepare comparative statements and evaluate vendors based on cost, delivery, and quality
- Negotiate with vendors as per purchase budget
- Finalize rates within the approved purchase budget
- Release Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP B1
- Arrange dispatch of material to site by coordinating transport
- Finalize rates with transporters
- Check material availability in stock before placing orders
- Coordinate and release vendor payments
