Eligibility Criteria –

Purchase Engineer Stores Executive

Education

• Mechanical Engineering OR

• Commerce Graduate

• Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Purchase and Store Operations

  • Skills & Knowledge

    • Good computer knowledge

    • Knowledge of Tally (mandatory)

    • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

    • Key Responsibilities

      Purchase Responsibilities

      • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing requirements

      • Research and identify potential vendors

      • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery

      • Update internal systems with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

      • Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends

      • Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate best prices

      • Prepare cost analysis reports

      • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts (including AMC)

      • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or modify orders when required

      • Coordinate with warehouse/store team to ensure material quality and condition

      • Handle all purchase-related activities end-to-end

      • Stores Responsibilities

        • Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations

        • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability

        • Update stock records on a daily basis

        • Train and guide store staff for efficient operations

        • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and discipline

        • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

        • Handle bill passing procedures

        • Coordinate all dispatch-related activities including:

        • Vehicle arrangement

        • Dispatch quantity verification

        • Packing and documentation

  • Preferred Candidate

    • Well-organized and detail-oriented

    • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments

    • Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup will be an added advantage
