  • Manage complete project lifecycle — design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.

  • Ensure timely delivery, budget control, and quality compliance.

  • Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.

2️⃣ Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Allocate resources efficiently across departments.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

4️⃣ Risk & Safety Management

  • Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation plans.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and regulations.

5️⃣ Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials.

6️⃣ Quality & Compliance- Hiring

  • Lead QA/QC reviews to maintain superior product and service quality.

7️⃣ Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate project documentation — contracts, POs, reports, and drawings.

  • Submit periodic project progress reports to clients and management.
