Experience from Refrigeration Industries, Chemical or any manufacturing Industries, hand on experience preferred.

Hand on experience Preferred.

Ability to handle large project independently. Result oriented. Problem solving attitude. Capable to handle team.

Knowledge of Refrigeration equipment’s i.e. compressor, Electrical Panel wiring and plant wiring.

Co-ordinate with customer, sales & Project Dept.(understand Design & drawings, clarification, installation and commissioning etc)

Responsible for projects activities, Installation & commissioning,

Computer literacy is must excel, word, outlook. ISO, Lean.

Willing to travel all over India.

Installation and commissioning of the heavy equipment as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities.

Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, erection & commission of the plant.

Troubleshooting, problem solving and reliability improvements of rotary equipment (ICE Plant, Pumps, Compressors, Gearboxes, etc.)

Overhauling, installation and commissioning of Refrigeration Equipment including pumps, compressors, etc. Study of the manuals, data sheets, performance characteristics of the equipment and best maintenance practices.

Supervision of Operation & Maintenance of utilities Cooling Towers, Nitrogen plant, Pumps, Chillers, AHU.

Deploying suitable manpower, equipment & materials & proper planning to ensure timely execution of the project.

Corrective and preventive maintenance of process and utility equipment’s.

Preparation of SOP documents and working as per guidelines.

Mechanical maintenance (Preventive & Breakdown) of process & utility equipment and maintaining 90% uptime Operation and maintenance of process and utility equipment.

To prepare daily report of maintenance of respective department & follow the necessary instructions.

To guide and train the technicians of their department for performing efficiently.

Keep track on Planning & Compliance of Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown maintenance

Agreeing project objectives, Providing advice on the management of projects, Carrying out risk assessment.

Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.

Making sure the quality standards are met.

Keep track of people and progress.

Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.

Coordinate with Production & Purchase to meet deadline for the project
