exp – 5 to 6 year

Salary – 3 to 3.5 lakh p.a.

Education – BE mechanical

industry – manufacturing

Daily Shift Target

In depth knowledge of CNC.
Knowledge of Material loading, tooling, M/c programing etc…
Knowledge of Route card
Preventive maintenance- Production supervisor – Pirangut
Knowledge of how to get work done with 100% efficiency, daily production documentation etc…
Good self-Decision making capability-
Responsible for daily production activities of material receiving and manufacturing process
To provide training to all operator and assist in development of all departmental employee
Supported day to day trouble shooting and remediation of product or process issue on the manufacturing floor
Investigate various quality concern and determine of its root cause
Ensure a clear exchange of all important information within the shift change
Audit preparation
Preparing daily production report
