Production Line Manger – Bhosari
Set up and Modification of Line/s
a) As we have a New facility we are ever expanding and the individual will have to be involved in
setting up of new lines as per our global corporate standards.
b) Routine communication with our HQ manufacturing team.
c) Installation and fine tuning of the manufacturing line.
d) Test runs with team to ensure that the quality is to our global standards.
Production as per Schedule
a) Guide and manage the team to meet production as per schedule.
b) Be responsible for EOL (End of Line) testing before packing.
c) Follow and maintain systems as per Enovation Global standards.
d) Participate in Production Planning meetings.
Process Documentation
a) Maintain Production and Manufacturing related process documentation including
Manufacturing Work Schedules, Job Cards and Production reporting.
b) Work with Engineering and Global manufacturing on Work Instructions for Indian environment
and make revisions as and when needed.
Other General Responsibilities:
a) Be the responsible person for our Production activity.
b) Escalate issues internally if there is an issue of production / material which can lead to quality
issues and eventual customer dis-satisfaction.
c) Participate occasionally in Purchase discussions over scheduling and vendor issues
Preference to an individual working in an Electronics manufacturing
Good Spoken & Written English mandatory
b) Computer usage – Excel / Word.
