PPC Engineer (Female)

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with international clients through professional email communication

• Work closely with the Engineering team to prepare and manage BOM (Bill of Materials)

• Arrange and track materials required for assembly as per BOM

• Coordinate with vendors for:

  • Timely delivery

  • Consignment movement

  • Logistics and dispatch tracking

• Follow up with the Finance team for vendor payment settlements

• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure vendor deliverables meet technical requirements

• Support leadership in production, procurement, and supply chain management for assigned projects

• Handle vendor management, including:

  • Vendor selection

  • Capability assessment

  • Negotiation

  • Relationship management

• Manage procurement and supply chain activities for:

  • Castings

  • Bars, pipes & fittings

  • Hardware

  • Actuator parts

  • Tag plates, springs, gaskets, etc.

• Negotiate component costing, delivery terms, and payment terms with vendors
