Key Responsibilities of Polymer Engineer

• Strong knowledge of polymer-related raw materials and their applications

• In-depth understanding of the foam and molding manufacturing industry

• Work on material design, research & development (R&D), and formulation improvement

• Drive process optimization to improve productivity and reduce defects

• Conduct testing, validation, and quality control activities

• Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
