Job – Marketing HeadÂ

Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Business goals and assigned KRA/KPIs.
- Lead digital campaigns across multiple channels including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital content, Farmer Bytes and paid media initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Develop Digital campaigns based on the geography and crop variety ensuring optimized planning of content creation and content delivery.
- Develop digital identity of the brand and the the team to have better digital presence.
- Exhibition and Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute national and international exhibitions, trade shows, and related events.
- Collaborate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of exhibition strategies that showcase Ardour Seeds’ products and brand story..
- Cross functional team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, communications) to ensure unified messaging and optimal campaign performance.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and event management.
- Carry out digital surveys to measure CSAT of various internal stakeholders.
- Analytics and Reporting: Marketing headÂ
- Measure the success of the Digital campaigns. Ensure successful target achievement in terms of reach, awareness, conversions & overall ROI.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and recommend actionable improvements.
- Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across digital campaigns and exhibition activities.
- Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial targets.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital campaigns and event/exhibition management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing large-scale digital and exhibition initiatives.
- Prior experience in the agriculture or seeds industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEM Rush, YT & IG Platforms).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email campaign strategies.
- Core Competencies:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
