Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new joiners.

Conduct assessments to identify training needs.

Align training programs with performance management objectives
π Performance Assessment

Collaborate with the Performance Management Team.

Evaluate new employeesβ performance.

Identify strengths, key talents, and improvement areas.
π€ Onboarding & Orientation

Oversee onboarding processes for smooth employee integration.

Conduct engaging orientation sessions.

Ensure clarity on company culture, policies, and expectations.
Talent Identification & Development

Identify high-potential employees.

Develop strategies to close performance gaps.

Enhance individual and team capabilities.

Work closely with HR and PMS teams.

Align training programs with company performance metrics.

Provide regular feedback on training effectiveness.
