🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ 15+ years in HR, with 3+ years in an HR Manager role (engineering/manufacturing experience preferred)
✔️ Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices & HRIS systems
✔️ Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Hands-on experience with recruitment, performance evaluation, and KPI/KRA implementation
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office & modern HR tools
