GetSureJob Hiring for HR Executive For Pune – Shivare Location –
Experience – 3 to 5 year
Education – Any Graduate
Salary – 25 to 35 k
Location – Shivare (Satara Road)
Gender – Male or Female
Industry – Manufacturing
- Conducting Interview activities including Screening, Scheduling etc.
- Manage HR operational issues related to Pune & other location site employees
- Conducting HR Engagement activities on a regular basis
- Arrange employee training and development activities
- Attend to employees’ issues and discuss way forward with manager and management.
- Participates in the decision – making process while hiring a candidate.
- Ensures salary and bonus payment for all employees
- Maintains and enhances the employee benefits programs including health insurance, expenses and leave management.HR Executive
- Maintains employee records and conducts employee reviews on a regular basis
- Creates weekly H.R. reports and records for top management review
