Fabrication: Cutting, Bending, Punching, Welding, Assembly
CNC Machine operation & supervision Fibre Laser Cutting machines
In-depth knowledge of LT & HT panel manufacturing standards
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and electrical panel layouts
Strong vendor network and business contacts
Existing contacts for manpower supply contractors
Leadership skills to manage shop-floor teams
Cost control, process improvement, and production planning skills

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Head / Senior Fabrication Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in
fabrication processes and electrical panel manufacturing (LT &HT).
2) The role requires end-to-end responsibility for fabricationoperations, CNC & fibre laser cutting, manpower handling, vendor
coordination, and business networking.
3) Head and manage the complete fabrication department for LT &HT electrical panels.
4) Hands-on involvement in cutting, bending, punching, welding,and assembly activities.
5) Operation, supervision, and troubleshooting of CNC machines and Fibre Laser Cutting machines. Ensure accuracy as per panel drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication layouts.
6) Planning and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
7) Ensure quality control, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
8) Coordination with design, electrical, and project teams.
9) Vendor development and management for raw materials, fabrication jobs, and consumables.
10) Utilize existing business and vendor contacts to improve cost efficiency and turnaround time.
11) Manage and coordinate manpower supply contractors, welders, fitters, helpers, and operators.
12) Monitor productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize fabrication processes.
13) Maintain fabrication documentation, material tracking, and production reports.
