🧩 Key Technical Skills

• MS Office | AutoCAD | SolidWorks | AutoDesk | PV Elite | HTRI

• Strong command of ASME Section VIII (Div. 1 & 2)

• Knowledge of pressure vessel design, fabrication, and costing

🧠 Industry Experience- Estimation & Proposal Engineer

Over 8 years of hands-on experience in the Estimation, Design, and Fabrication of:

• Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Dryers, Hoppers, Tanks

• Ducting, Ladles, Skids, Pipelines, Air Filters, Burners, and Material Handling Equipment

• Hydrogen Generation Units (HGU) Equipment

• Industrial Gas Plant Equipment: PSA, TSA, DCAC Vessels, Cryogenic Tanks, Vaporizers

• Wastewater Treatment Systems (Flocculators, Impellers, Paddle Wheels)

Expertise across process units like:
✅ SRU & TGTU | LNG Regasification | CDU | VDU | PFCCU | ARU | SWS | ASU | WTP

🧾 Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Marketing Teams and participate in order discussions & technical meetings.

• Review customer specifications and prepare cost-effective proposals with optimal solutions.

• Float RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, and negotiate techno-commercial offers.

• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for subcontractor bids.

• Evaluate scope of work, analyze customer POs, and issue internal work orders.

• Estimate and design pressure vessels (ASME Div. 1 & 2) with minimal material wastage.

• Use PV Elite for thickness checks, volume calculations, and mechanical design validation.

• Prepare GADs, Fabrication Drawings, P&IDs, QA Plans, and Bills of Material.

• Coordinate with design, production, and QA teams for seamless project execution.

• Upload and manage EIL / IOCL / ONGC tenders on online portals.

• Handle client communication, resolve technical queries, and ensure on-time proposal delivery.

• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
