📋 Job Description

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling company documents — ensuring that all engineering, procurement, and client documents are up to date, properly filed, and easily accessible.

You will work closely with engineering, sales, and project teams to maintain smooth information flow across departments.


🔹 Key Responsibilities Document Controller 

  • Manage, control, and track project documentation — drawings, data sheets, reports, and correspondence.

  • Maintain an organized document filing system (soft & hard copies).

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients, vendors, and contractors.

  • Ensure document numbering, formatting, and version control in line with company and client requirements.

  • Assist project engineers and managers with document submission and approvals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of documents to clients.

  • Maintain logs of drawings, technical data, and specifications.

  • Prepare and update document registers, transmittals, and reports.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and client specifications.

  • Support administrative and office coordination tasks as required.


🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: B.Com or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller / Office Coordinator / Project Assistant.

  • Industry Preference: Oil & Gas, EPC, Fabrication, or Engineering Projects.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with document control systems or ERP software (preferred).

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Female candidates only.
