GetSureJob is Hiring for Costing Engineer – Pune – Mulshi

Academic Qualifications : BE (Mech.) / BE (Prod.)
b. Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Responsibilities : Costing Engineer
Inquiry handling, cost working, price estimations
 Knowledge of Pump & Valve Costing.
 Knowledge of factors involved in Pump & Valve Costing.
 Experience in cost estimation of precision machined parts & knowledge of machining processes for Casting / Forging/ Plate / Bar etc.
 Knowledge of steel / stainless steel market rates.
 Knowledge of machine hour rates & its calculations.
 Knowledge of transport cost estimations.
 Knowledge of overall factors involved in cost working to estimate ‘Should Cost’ of precision machined parts.
 Knowledge of process like heat treatment/ various types of coating / painting / platting etc. in the view of cost
working & estimations.
 Experience in maintaining enquiry register against customer enquiries.
 Knowledge of conducting feasibility review & applicable PDPP against new product inquiries.
 Co-ordination with concern Departments like Purchase/ Production / Quality Dept. for costing inputs for new
products.
 Preparation of final pricing & estimations for precision machined parts.
 Responses to customers for their enquires with business proposals.
 Knowledge of cost analysis for estimated V/S actual.
 Overall Profit / loss analysis against project costing.
 Knowledge of terms & conditions for business proposals like incoterms/ payment terms/ Credits/ Bank guarantees/ offer validities / warranty clauses etc.
Professional Experience :
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Power Point.
Drawings reading
 Hands on experience for working in ERP System.
 Working experience with Pumps Industries & Valve
Industries will be added advantage.
