Job Opening: Application Engineer – PLC

Experience: 4–5 Years
Location: Bhosari, Pune
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Educational Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering

General Requirements

• Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• A positive Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn

Technical Skills & Experience- Application Engineer

• Hands-on experience with PLC Systems and HMI Programming
• Exposure to Off-Highway, Factory Automation, and Automation Industries
• Strong knowledge of:
• Project planning
• Programming
• Installation & commissioning
• Validation and technical documentation

Preferred Skills: Application Engineer – PLC 

• Experience with CAN Bus applications (CAN J1939, CANOpen, etc.)
• Knowledge of CoDeSys Programming

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer applications and work closely with them to:
  • Select appropriate hardware
  • Design logic control
  • Define documentation structure and project deliverables
• Act as a liaison between customers and Global Engineering Teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement complex software logic and applications
• Test configurations on:
  • Internal test rigs
  • Control panels and setup environments
  •  Provide product application support across engineering projects
  •  Build and maintain a centralized technical documentation library
  •  Support software development through application and system integration
  •  Guide customers during installation and:
  • Visit customer sites for testing and validation when required

Customer & Project Support

• Provide effective technical support by:
  • Meeting customer expectations and deliverables
  • Testing applications

Communicate technical concepts clearly to:

• Internal teams
• External customers (across varying technical levels)
