Hiring: Application Engineer (Experience 6 Months – 1 Year)-Application Engineer

Location: Bhosari, Pune
Education: Diploma / BE in Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

General Requirements –

Application Engineer

• Good spoken & written English (mandatory)

• Proficiency in computer usage – MS Excel & Word

• Positive “Can-Do” attitude

Role: Application Engineer

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with PLC systems and HMI programming
  (Off-Highway, Factory Automation, or related automation industries)

• Strong knowledge in:

  • Project planning

  • Programming

  • Installation & commissioning

  • Documentation and validation work

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAN bus applications (CAN J1939, CANOpen, etc.)

• Knowledge of CoDeSys programming

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customer applications and help them select suitable hardware.

• Design logic controls and create structured documentation & deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between customers and Enovation Global engineering teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement complex software logic.

• Test configurations on internal test rigs/panel setups.

• Provide product application support for engineering projects.

• Build and maintain a centralized technical documentation library.

• Offer integration and application support during software development.

• Guide customers during installations; visit customer sites for testing and validation when required.

• Support field technical activities, exhibitions, and trade shows.

• Assist internal teams in new product development, standards testing, and product maintenance.

• Deliver effective technical support by meeting customer expectations, testing applications, and handling customer feedback.

• Manage customer projects from a technical perspective (hardware & software).

• Support product testing and integration techniques while communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
