 Position Overview
We are urgently seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee complete accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, team supervision, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities – Accounts Manager
* Manage end-to-end accounting and prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
* Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, VAT–CST
* Manage debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations, provisions, and support internal & statutory audits.
* Oversee Import/Export documentation and Royalty compliances.
* Prepare MIS reports and continuously strengthen accounting systems & internal controls.
* Lead and mentor the accounts team; coordinate with internal departments and management.

 Key Skills
* Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & Taxation Laws
* Expertise in Tally/ERP-9
* Excellent analytical, reporting & reconciliation abilities
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills

• Recording and managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries in Tally Prime
• Handling a high volume of vendor bills and customer invoices
• Maintaining ledgers, vendor and customer accounts, and reconciliation statements
• Tracking and managing accounting for  customers
• Supporting GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
• Assisting in monthly closing, reporting, and documentation
• Preparing basic MIS reports using Microsoft Excel
• Mandatory Requirements
• Experience working only in a manufacturing company
• Exposure to companies with annual turnover above ₹80 Crores
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
• Strong experience in AP/AR handling with high transaction volume
• Good Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Preferred Qualifications
• B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance
