Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, banking, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP Prime, GST compliance, export documentation, banking transactions, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain and supervise day-to-day accounting activities.
• Pass purchase, expense, journal, and cash entries.
• Verify and reconcile ledger accounts regularly.
• Prepare and monitor financial records and reports.
• Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

GST & Taxation

• Prepare and verify GSTR-1 returns.
• Cross-check GST data with Tally ERP Prime records.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance.
• Ensure timely filing and statutory compliance.

Export Documentation

• Verify export sales invoices and related documentation.
• Handle export remittance tracking and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with banks regarding export transactions.

Banking Operations

• Manage online banking transactions and vendor payments.
• Verify payment advice and banking documentation.
• Coordinate with financial institutions for smooth operations.

Inventory & Compliance

• Monitor stock-related accounting entries.
• Perform reconciliation between accounts and inventory records.
• Handle Form 1 and Form 3B related activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Communication & Coordination

• Manage professional email communication with customers, vendors, auditors, and banks.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP Prime.
• GST, TDS, and statutory compliance expertise.
• Export accounting and remittance handling.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Financial reporting and MIS preparation.
• Excellent communication and email drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in manufacturing industry accounting.
• Ability to handle accounts independently.
• Strong understanding of GST, taxation, and banking processes.
