ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS :M.COM, CA, CA Inter.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :  15-18 Years’ relevant experience.

BUDGETED CTC Rs. 12.00 LPA for Manager to Rs. 15.00 LPA for Sr. Manager (MAX.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounts:
 Review of monthly Profitability and ensure integrity of reported financial statements.
 Import Bill booking & special important entries related Income/Sales Tax
Refund.
 Preparation of Annual Report with all supporting working of each key
figures appearing in Annual report and prepare the Audit file
 Tracking of Fixed Assets and preparation of Depreciation
 Finance :
 Developing reports for top management about financial position in areas of
income, expenditure, capital usage & Cashflow & forecast
 Monitor internal Financial Controls like booking of FD’s
 Booking of Forward Contracts.
 Companies all Insurance policies like, Assets, employees Mediclaim, Group
Term Insurance, Group Accidental Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Marine
Inland Insurance, Group Gratuity, etc.
 Documentation in relation to Loan Sanction and renew the loan facility
MIS and Costing :
 Preparation of Financial MIS and its related work
 Variance analysis related to Sales, expenses and provide corrective action
recommendation to Management wherever necessary
Taxation and Statutory Compliances:
 Attending statutory audit, like Tax Audit, Transfer pricing etc.
 Preparation of Annexures to Tax Audit, Annual Income Tax Return
 Compilation of monthly ITC Credit and reconciliation
 Preparation of GST Return, GSTR 3B, Returns GSTR1

Company Law Compliances (From Company Secretary):Accounts & Finance Manager
 Compliance of all relevant laws and statutory requirements. i.e. GST, Income
Tax, Sales Tax etc.
Monitoring & Controlling:
 Monthly Closing of books of Accounts
 Finalization of Trial Balance, Ledger Scrutiny, Provisions,
 Foreign Inward and Outward remittance & Custom Duty payment,
 Product Profitability, Customerwise Profitability statement actual V/S Quote
 Stock Reconciliation
 Scrap Disposal related activity
 Other MIS Reports, Job Work, Labour Charges, Stores & Packing
Consumption.
