Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote products across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.).
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging and informative content tailored to the agricultural industry, including blogs, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts. Ensure that the content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow presence across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create a content calendar and ensure timely posts that align with the company’s goals.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- PPC & Paid Ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads and sales.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, targeting key segments to increase engagement and drive conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand messaging.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and agricultural industry news to ensure strategies are innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the agriculture or related industries.
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and content creation.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
