Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :-
1. Expert User of Solid works (2018-23), AutoCAD (2016), Added Software Knowledge like Creo/ Machining Software’s (CAM) etc.
2. Through Knowledge of 3D Modelling Methodology and best practices. (Expert in Castings/ Forgings Sheet Metal, Formed Parts, Dies, Assembly & Part Modelling, Creating Exploded Views, Detailing & Creating Engg. Drawings. Etc.
3. Good knowledge of GD&T, Manufacturing & Machining Processes.
4. Hands on Experience of working in New Product Design & Development Area.
5. Create designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards
6. Record and Evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards.
7. Preparing Technical Reports, Design Specifications Documents and Operational manuals& ERP Entries.
8. Use Customer Feedback and Data to upgrade, Improve or Repair the company’s existing products.
9. Strong Team Player with Interpersonal & Client communication and Analytical Skills. Good at problem solving, creativity, clear communication, and presentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
Thorough Knowledge of Solid Works (2016-23), Auto CAD. (Added Software’s like PTC- Creo / Catia etc.)
Expertise in Castings, Forgings, Sheet Metal Components, Die Design, Machined Components.
Good Knowledge of Engineering Drawings, GDNT & Engineering Concepts.
Fixture Design & Development Knowledge.
Ability to visualize & analyze the problems.
Basic knowledge of material chemistry.
