About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and mature Manager– Service, Spares & Projects to lead and oversee service operations, spare parts management, and project execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities- Hiring – Manager – Projects, Spare & Service – MNC 

• Lead and manage service operations and spare parts business
• Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, sales, and supply chain
• Manage stakeholder relationships with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service and project functions
• Mentor and lead team members, fostering a people-centric work environment

• Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in service, spares, and project management
  • PMP Certification (Mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of service operations and spare parts management
  • Proven experience in project planning and execution
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence with a diplomatic and mature approach

inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality
standards.

d) Ensure machine build processes are optimized for each product line, with robust
process controls, standards, and forward-thinking performance metrics.
e) Oversee project documentation, customer contracts, and compliance with regulatory
and commercial requirements.
f) Direct the service and spares functions to ensure prompt diagnostics, repairs,
upgrades, refurbishments, and spare part availability for all customers.
g) Support the transition of the Service & Spares department into the digital era through
documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
h) Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with
quality and safety standards.
i) Oversee procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and logistics
operations to ensure seamless project and service delivery.
j) Develop smart and creative long-term solutions that impact the achievement of
business results and address complex and critical issues.
k) Track, report, and assist in continuous improvement of design, project, and service
processes to improve productivity and quality.
