Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute efficient, intuitive marketing strategies

• Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitor activities

• Initiate and manage customer surveys to assess needs and satisfaction

• Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and monitor expenses

• Maintain and update the Customer Database

• Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

• Professionally handle customer calls and provide product/service information

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback

• Gather insights from customers and share with internal teams

• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings

• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely responses

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Create and share quotations with potential clients via email

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand the business needs of customers

• Research market trends and related products

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales

• Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and marketing principles

• Excellent knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices

• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, Zoho)

• Familiarity with social media marketing

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Creativity, commercial awareness, and a passion for sales

• Fast learner with a proactive attitude

Education

• MBA in Marketing

• Preference will be given to candidates with a mechanical background
