**Job Overview:**- Service Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Service Vertical as the Service Head. This senior role is integral to ensuring the successful deployment of after-sales services and driving business opportunities within this arena.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Lead and manage the after-sales service operations, including warranty services, maintenance contracts, and equipment reconditioning.
– Develop and implement strategic plans for service operations, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
– Deploy and allocate manpower effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available at various sites.
– Oversee and mentor a diverse team of service engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and business development efforts.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
– Manage budgets and closely monitor service performance metrics.
– Engage directly with clients to address service needs, feedback, and build long-term relationships.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
– Minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in maintenance activities of similar sophisticated equipment.
– Comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, including PLC maintenance.
– Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and strategic planning.
– Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
