• Understand openings.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms Naukri,Indeed,linkedin)
• Coordinating with vendors for sourcing profiles
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Take First round of interview
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
• Making Salary structures
• Making experience letter and relieving letters
• Day to day admin work
• co ordinate between employee and employer
