HR Executive – Training & Development

GetSureJob is hiring HR Executive – Training and Development  for Leading MFG company in Pune 

Experience – 1 to 2 year – Male candidate 

Location – Khed shivapur 

Qualification – Any graduate MBA in HR preferred 

Salary – 20 k to 25k 

• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
• Manage training calendars as per requirement .
• implementation of Training Identification Processes

• Training Need Identification through skill matrix

• Implementation of Training Processes

• Conducting Training Internal as well as External

• Filing of training records – Attendance Sheet, training feedback form, training evaluation form ,OJT Form and updating the same in the FUNWORK and I the system

• Updating of skill matrix and competency mapping for gap analysis for new as well as existing employees with the help of HODS.

• Collecting KRA from all departments on quarterly basis for further analysis.

• Monthly reward for employee motivation. Need to collect nomination form-identify best performer- prepared certificate-accounts follow up for payment.
